IT2 Treasury Solutions announces that Aberdeen Property Investors (Norway) has implemented the IT2 treasury management system to fulfil their cash, treasury and risk management requirements.
Aberdeen Property Investors Norway is a part of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC. The Oslo based operation manages portfolios of real estate assets valued at about NOK 28 billion (approximately EUR 2.96 billion), in several funds.
Aberdeen chose IT2 as an integral, central solution to provide a reliable, best practice overview of liquidity and risk, to improve treasury efficiency and management reporting quality, and to streamline processing. IT2 manages front and back office functions, including bank account reconciliation, cash forecasting, debt management and payment generation. A special element of the solution takes advantage of IT2's functional range and implementation flexibility to manage loan covenants and collateral linked to the underlying loans and property.
