Computershare acquires EDF Electronic Data Filing

Computershare Communication Services, a division of Computershare Investor Services Inc., has announced that it has acquired EDF Electronic Data Filing Inc.

EDF Electronic Data Filing Inc. based in Vancouver, British Columbia, is a professional, independent EDGAR and SEDAR(R) filing agent that has, over the last 11 years, built a strong reputation with its clients for quality and service.
Company founder, Jennifer Vincent-Jones, and Partner, Sarah Garcia Hack, will join Computershare to manage the delivery of Computershare's e3 Filing regulatory filing services.
