Performance management specialist, eg solutions, has partnered with Microsoft to offer its clients in financial services advanced operational intelligence and performance analytics.

By connecting client and service requests to the back office, monitoring completion and lifetime interaction, eg sales and & interaction manager(tm)supports corporate performance management and customer service improvements.

The software application is an extension of the proven real-time operations management information (MI) tool, eg work manager®, which already provides a rich suite of MI for managers and executives relating to all areas of work and people performance including productivity, quality, service standards, skills, throughput, resource utilisation and unit costs.

Powered by Microsoft's .NET platform, eg sales & interaction manager is accessible via the Internet and provides the ability to measure and manage the whole customer experience and true end-to-end service agreements throughout the business. As such, performance can be compared at any level from individual to whole businesses across all sales or introducer channels, branches or head office, including contact centres or the back office.

James Blackhurst, eg software manager, explained: "By providing a transparent and real time view across channels, front and back offices, eg. sales & interaction manager connects the customer and integrated business channels, enabling a collaborative approach to CRM and providing a vital feed into the organisations enterprise business intelligence.

"Increasingly, performance focused organisations are demanding greater operational intelligence and the connectivity of eg sales and interaction manager will enable these organisations to gain from improved intelligence and maintain a competitive edge."
