The partnership enables seamless trading capabilities with the Canadian large block liquidity in BlockBook. The integration of IMTRADER and BlockBook extends connectivity and increases the opportunity to provide a competitive advantage for participants.

BlockBook provides access for buy-side and sell-side participants to a consolidated dark pool of Canadian, TSX-listed, block liquidity. All trading is done anonymously, without revealing size, side or price, in order to prevent gaming and information leakage. IMTRADER improves workflows by facilitating online collaboration, messaging and automated trade entry within a secure and compliant platform. By leveraging the IMTRADER module of Pivot 360 within BlockBook, Perimeter Financial reinforces its commitment to continually enhance the connectivity and workflow options for its market participants.

"The Pivot network continues to grow steadily within and beyond U.S. borders," said Francis Corcoran, executive vice president of U.S. Operations for Perimeter Financial Corp. "By tapping the network and utilizing IMTRADER, we allow participants to act instantly on information, orders and liquidity across borders. BlockBook and IMTRADER is an ideal combination to quickly and efficiently convert conversations into automated transactions."

"BlockBook is a proven, valuable source of Canadian block liquidity with superior transaction cost performance," said Ed McDonnell, managing director of Pivot, Inc. "Perimeter Financial continues to build products and services required for the investment industry to access innovation and maintain competitiveness. Aligning with them is an obvious choice given our ongoing quest for global, best-of-breed partners across the industry."
