Fidelity completes sale of Certegy Australia unit

Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., (NYSE: FIS) has completed the previously announced sale of the operating assets of Certegy Australia, Ltd. to Flexigroup Limited (ASX: FXL) for $30 million in cash and other consideration.
