Open Solutions signs Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union

Open Solutions, a leading provider of integrated, enterprise-wide data processing technologies for banks and credit unions throughout the United States, Canada and other international markets, announced Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union has selected The Complete Credit Union Solution: DNA, an enhanced relational data processing platform using .NET technology, to handle the credit union's current and long-term information technology operations.

Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union was chartered in 1933 to serve the financial needs of employees of the city of Seattle and their families. With $500 million in assets and more than 40,000 members, Seattle Metropolitan's charter has recently been expanded to include anyone who lives or works in the state of Washington. Jill Vicente, Chief Marketing Officer & VP of Planning at Seattle Metropolitan, cited the expansion of the credit union's member relations capabilities in the choosing of Open Solutions.

In addition to The Complete Credit Union Solution, Seattle Metropolitan will also implement Open Solutions' StreamLend Velocity, cView ReportWizard, Financial Accounting Suite (FAS) and the Workload Automation Suite provided by alliance partner UC4 (formerly AppWorx).
