Green Armor Solutions announced today the availability of a Microsoft ASP.NET-based version of its trend-setting multi-factor and site authentication system.
The new ASP.NET-based Identity Cues Two Factor system enables businesses to strengthen authentication for online access to financial, health care, and other business systems from both computers and handheld devices, and to meet new security and privacy guidelines without sacrificing user friendliness. The system also eliminates the need for a complicated and costly enrollment process as is often associated with augmenting authentication, and provides simple, straightforward, and psychologically efficient site authentication, helping to protect end-users from phishing scams and related fraud without requiring user effort.
Green Armor's Identity Cues series of enterprise authentication products stand out in their simplicity for users (users do not need to enroll, install any software, carry any devices, memorize any information, or perform extra steps during login), and their security (for example, offering multiple defenses against man-in-the-middle attacks as well as against next generation psychology-based attacks, both of which are surfacing as serious vulnerabilities in many authentication systems). They also provide access from a plethora of handheld devices - without requiring any new software to be installed on the mobile units.
The new ASP.NET-based authentication system complements the Java-based offering released by Green Armor Solutions in early 2007. "Our new ASP.NET-based authentication platform rounds out our suite of offerings, enabling Green Armor to deliver authentication with maximum access, maximum security, and maximum convenience to essentially any business or organization," said Shira Rubinoff, President of Green Armor Solutions.
