"Our company has grown very rapidly and our claims systems are too complex to keep up with our growth - we just cannot continue adding features that the business needs," said Artem Natrusov, CIO at ROSNO Group. "We selected Teamworks to design and manage our next-generation claims processes because it is easy to use, it provides powerful analysis and monitoring features, and it allows us to use a local team with expertise in our native language. All of these factors were critical to our decision and help us to achieve results as quickly as possible."

BI Telecom, Lombardi's BPM consulting and services partner in Russia and CIS, will assist ROSNO with the design and delivery of their new claims processes.

"Teamworks offers ROSNO a BPM platform that can manage their claims processes today, as well as scale with them as their business grows," said Mikhail Turilin, head of integration and business process management at BI Telecom.

"Our partnership with Lombardi provides Russian companies with a winning combination - access to a leading BPM product, coupled with our extensive process consulting and services expertise," added Roman Tkachev, BI Telecom's Chief Operating Officer.

ROSNO will use Teamworks to automate and manage its insurance claims processes to accommodate future business growth while maintaining existing headcount. With these new processes, ROSNO expects to save significant time and money by automating routine tasks, simplifying decision making, eliminating rework and optimizing activities. Process scoreboards and performance measurements enable users to maintain consistent levels of service to customers, and deliver metrics and other useful visibility to management to gauge satisfaction. Additionally, using Teamworks, ROSNO will now be able to quickly introduce new capabilities as requested by its business users, such as SMS notification of claims, and integration with GIS systems for automobile accident tracking purposes.

"Lombardi is proud to be the vendor of choice for ROSNO's next-generation claims processes," said Greg Pope, vice president and executive sponsor for global customers at Lombardi. "Our BPM solutions are clearly playing a critical role at insurance companies around the world as they manage, scale and improve their core business processes."
