Open Solutions Inc., a leading provider of integrated enabling technologies for financial services providers across the United States, Canada and internationally, announced an international reseller partnership agreement with Magic Software (Thailand) Corp., Ltd., (MST), a Thai-based IT Services and FSI Solutions Provider.

Through this partnership, MST will offer Open Solutions' products and services, including The Complete Banking Solution: DNA, to its banking client base within the Asian financial services marketplace.

"We have seen a great opportunity for Thai financial institutions to benefit from Open Solutions' banking solutions," said Bunrak Saraggananda, Chairman & CEO of MST. "With an open architecture platform, our clients and prospects will become more diverse and better able to establish themselves as universal and retail banking providers."

"We continue to look for advanced and innovative technology that offers our clients the highest level of operational success," Saraggananda continues. "We are confident this partnership with Open Solutions will allow us to better serve the needs of financial institutions in Thailand, and we look forward to working with them."

Currently, MST has engaged and introduced Open Solutions to several commercial banks, receiving positive responses from executives and garnering interest for its solutions.

Open Solutions continues to expand its international strategic reseller network. In 2008, the company announced partnerships with Hildebrando, a leading Mexican IT corporation with a strong presence in Spain that provides software development, systems integration, business intelligence and outsourcing services; Senior Solution, a leading Brazilian software and services provider for the financial market; Hewlett-Packard, a technology solutions provider to consumers, businesses and institutions globally, that enables Open Solutions to further market its sophisticated suite of enterprise technology solutions to European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) financial institutions; and GFG Group, a global leading provider of mobile, card management and testing solutions.

Open Solutions also formed several strategic partnerships throughout 2007, including: Thailand Equipment Research Co. Ltd. (TER); Canadian-based Celero; Asian-based CSII; Asian-based Thien Nam Information Technology; and India-based R Systems Inc.

Open Solutions Senior Vice President of International Operations, Wayne Ginn, said, "As we continue our strong efforts to increase our international presence, we are pleased to partner with MST. The Asian market is very important to us, and we look forward to providing our solutions to Thai financial institutions."

"We have a dedicated team in place to expand our presence within the international marketplace. Our partnership with MST further demonstrates our dedication to addressing the demand for our technology within the Asian marketplace," said Louis Hernandez, Jr., Open Solutions' chairman and CEO. "In my travels overseas, specifically in Asia, I have found that Asian financial institutions are interested in the types of innovative banking solutions that Open Solutions has developed a market reputation for, and our partnership with MST will provide these institutions with greater access to our sophisticated open architecture platforms. Due to the increasing interest in our product lines, in 2007, we formed strategic partnerships with several Asian-based companies, and we will continue efforts through 2008 to broaden our Asian reach and provide institutions with the tools they feel are essential to meeting their business goals and achieve outstanding service."
