"The new Woolwich intermediary website is easier and more intuitive to use," said David Finlay, Intermediary Business Director at Woolwich. "A special panel of brokers was consulted in the site's redevelopment, which helped to ensure that it contains only the information that brokers' need. We are always looking for ways to improve our service, and over the next few months we plan to roll out further enhancements to our website."

The new website includes:

  • A new homepage with clear navigation routes, and
  • Easier access to the online application system MAX, the application tracking system Introtrack, and the mortgage KFIs.

The improvements come in the wake of the enhancements to the MAX online broker system made last month.
