United Merchant Services renews Global Payments deal

Global Payments (NYSE: GPN), a world leader in electronic transaction processing services, announced today that United Merchant Services (UMSI) located in Hackensack, NJ, an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and leading merchant services company, serving the U.S. Asian market place, has renewed a multi- year agreement.

Global Payments will continue to provide UMSI with a comprehensive line of payment card authorization and settlement services, as well as merchant support services.
