IntraLinks signs Duff & Phelps

Under the terms of the agreement, IntraLinks' On-Demand Workspaces will serve as the standard platform through which Duff & Phelps' investment banking professionals exchange confidential documents with clients and prospective buyers, accelerating deal timelines and increasing operational efficiency. IntraLinks On-Demand Workspaces help deal participants manage the entire lifecycle of a transaction, from deal preparation to due diligence to deal closing.
