Cidron Services Oy (Nordic Capital) has extended the offer period under its tender offer for all the outstanding shares and stock options in TietoEnator to close on 9 May 2008, instead of 28 April as announced earlier.
In its recommendation to shareholders dated 21 April TietoEnator's Board of Directors stated that the price offered by Cidron Services does not reflect the true value of the company and therefore the Board recommends TietoEnator's shareholders and holders of stock options not to accept the offer.
