Zealous Trading Group (OTCBB: ZLST, ZATS), has signed a definitive agreement to create "FlashPoint" with Global Access Holdings, a provider of comprehensive research and market data tools.
FlashPoint will be the ZATS market data, and research portal providing members with a comprehensive format in which to view independent research and analysis of securities listed for the primary issuance and secondary trading on ZATS platform, including detailed real time PIPE data. Included in this agreement, Global Access Holdings will provide the comprehensive data for the ZATS PIPE Index, which is scheduled to launch later this quarter.
The creation of FlashPoint helps support the Zealous ATS second generation electronic platform providing global buyers and sellers of restricted, illiquid and alternative assets and securities an infrastructure in which to trade, issue, distribute, and research offerings listed by our members on ZATS in a more efficient manner.
Global Access Holdings' research subsidiary, Ockham Research, led by Chief Executive Officer Christian Ward, who founded the BNY Jaywalk independent research platform, a division of BNY Convergex, will direct the FlashPoint effort. Ward stated, "The marketplace has demonstrated the need for detailed information and analytics surrounding illiquid securities and investments. By working with the premier marketplace for these securities, Ockham Research and ZATS will provide insight, data, research, and corporate access in a way never offered before."
