Bank of Bartlett will automate its small business loan decisioning process with Cypress Software Systems, LP's BizMark software.
The Bartlett, Tenn.-based bank is expanding its presence in small business lending, and wanted a proven, automated software solution to help its commercial lending department efficiently manage loan requests. Bank of Bartlett will use BizMark to create a centralized loan underwriting and decisioning process for applications received via its eight branches across the greater Memphis area.
"As an existing Cypress client, we've experienced great success with their consumer lending software, Mark IV, which made our decision to choose BizMark very easy," said Kathy Martin, vice president and assistant chief credit officer at Bank of Bartlett. "We needed a software solution that would give us the needed IT infrastructure to automate our small business loan application process and decrease decision turnaround time. BizMark was the answer."
Bank of Bartlett was organized by local investors and opened in 1980. It grew rapidly to become the largest community bank in the Memphis market and the 17th largest bank in Tennessee.
