Specifically, information about members participating in SEPA Credit Transfers (SCTs) has been added to help customers seamlessly process European payments.

"We are doing our part to give our customers all the data they need to be SEPA-compliant," said Brent Newman, Managing Director, global product group for Accuity. "Accuity's customers are assured the most accurate and up-to-date information available for European payment standards. This is another example of how Accuity presents payment-specific data to our customers allowing them to achieve optimal payment straight through processing rates."

The SEPA Credit Transfer Scheme, which launched on 28 January 2008, was one of the first steps in the SEPA initiative. SEPA's goal is to enable businesses, governments and consumers within Europe to make and receive euro payments to and from any organization without a differentiation between domestic and cross-border payments.
