The expansion doubles RFA's current capacity and accommodates the firm's internal growth prompted by increased demand for RFA's premier technology and communications solutions by hedge fund and investment firm clients.

RFA partnered with MDA Contracting Inc., a leading mid-sized New York City-based general contactor/construction manager and BR Design, a leading commercial architectural and interior design firm also located in New York City, to execute their vision for the office expansion. RFA leased an additional 8300 sq. feet of space on the nineteenth floor of their current building that was used to create the new perimeter and interior offices, public corridors, circulation space and the Client Service Center.

Much like RFA's clients where time is critical to the success of their business, RFA's contractors worked tirelessly to make the new offices a reality. The expansion of its corporate headquarters was completed with no down time - and was constructed while business was being conducted on the adjacent side of the floor.

"As our client base continues to grow, it is important that we continue to expand our infrastructure - backed by a high level of client service - to support increased demand for our IT solutions," says Richard Fleischman, president at RFA. "Responsiveness to our client's ongoing needs is our most important priority and this new build out reaffirms our commitment to serve the hedge fund community."

The new space exudes a fresh, modern, professional attitude that reinforces RFA's business practice - clean and sharp, while providing RFA with the expansion they needed for their growing business.

"It was a pleasure working with MDA Contracting and BR Design to build out our new space. Together we achieved our principal objective - to enhance our infrastructure by providing us with a greater capacity to service our clients. It also provides an important venue to showcase not only our best-in-class strategic partners, but also o our most important asset - our people," says Donald Previti, director of business development at RFA.
