Thomson Financial, an operating unit of The Thomson Corporation (TSX: TOC, NYSE: TOC) and a leading provider of information, news and technology solutions to the worldwide financial community, today announced Thomson ONE Investment Management is also available via an On Demand delivery service giving users access to the solution wherever an internet connection is available.

Thomson ONE Investment Management allows asset managers and research analysts to evaluate securities and analyze their portfolios with a solution that combines real-time market data, referential content such as research and estimates, and corporate events, transcripts and company guidance with portfolio analytics and tools in one complete platform.

Thomson ONE Investment Management On Demand is a hosted application by Thomson Financial delivered over the internet without sacrificing world-class product performance or security. Through a simple Internet connection and standard web browser, users can access by going directly to the login website - ThomsonONEIM.com - and entering a login ID and password. Only a small software footprint is downloaded for connection options and security. New upgrades and releases are quick and fluid with the On Demand service.

"Clients who wish to utilize Thomson ONE Investment Management from home and the office or on the road will be able to do so in a highly secure environment," said Andre Lavoie, Vice President, Investment Management, Thomson Financial. "Thomson ONE Investment Management On Demand provides deep and comprehensive global stock and portfolio insights, enabling asset managers to make better decisions faster. From any location, they can evaluate securities across multiple content sets, including valuation, estimates, profitability, debt and activity; and analyze companies relative to their own history and peers, in addition to tracking market moves," said Lavoie.
