The Beijing office joins offices in New York, London, and Singapore as the TSE's fourth overseas representative office.

The TSE has concluded MOUs with stock exchanges in Shanghai and Shenzhen, and has since maintained close interaction with both bourses through activities such as personnel and information exchanges. The Beijing office will now act as a focal point for such activities, and will enable even more proactive efforts from the TSE group in China in the future. Through this office, the TSE group is committed to the further development of mutual understanding and exchange between capital markets in China and Japan.

Specifically, in addition to collecting information and conducting research on the ever-changing Chinese market, the Beijing office will also provide information on the Tokyo market as a place for Chinese enterprises to raise funds, and will conduct on-the-ground support activities for Chinese companies listed on the TSE. The office will also conduct PR activities for the Tokyo market to contribute to the promotion of Chinese investment in Japan.

The TSE group plans to hold a ceremony in Beijing commemorating the opening of the office in late February.
