Both events are the result of the increasing growth of the Australian market in voice trading and rising demand from customers.

Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions has a number of well-known institutional clients in Australia, including Rabobank and Société Générale. The recent world-wide growth in demand for the Etrali Mach 3D turrets has necessitated the hire of new staff for the Sydney-based office to work in the area of business development.

The installation of the new PoP is a direct result of numerous requests from clients. With the rapidly growing customer base in Australia clients felt that it was strategically important to have a reliable international alternative to other vendors in the region. The new PoP is connected to the Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions' global network and brings all the benefits that clients have come to expect of the firm: quick support, a superb Service Level Agreement (SLA) and great voice quality.

Says Henri Vautheny, managing director Asia-Pacific, Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions: "We are delighted with the growth of the regional business. Our recent successes in Australia have led to hiring of new staff, and the installation of a new PoP is part of our strategy of extending and improving our network coverage in the Asia Pacific region. This enables us to deliver the high quality service to our Australian client base that customers have come to expect from us."
