IPayment ("iPayment") today announced financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2007.
Revenues increased to $193,599,000 for the third quarter of 2007 from $186,959,000 for the third quarter of 2006. Revenues, net of interchange, were $82,335,000 for the third quarter of 2007 compared with $77,375,000 for the third quarter of 2006. Net income was $3,386,000 for the third quarter of 2007 compared to net loss of $730,000 for the same period last year. The Company today has filed its Form 10-Q for the three months ended September 30, 2007, with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
