First Data Corporation (NYSE:FDC), a global leader in electronic commerce and payments solutions, announced that it expects to close its acquisition by affiliates of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) later today.
First Data will announce the completion of the acquisition once the transaction has closed.
