Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE:FIS), a leading global provider of technology services, today announced that it has completed the sale of its Property Insight business to Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF), effective August 31, 2007.
The transaction is expected to reduce FIS' third quarter 2007 earnings by approximately $0.01 per diluted share and fourth quarter 2007 earnings by approximately $0.02 per diluted share, exclusive of a gain on the sale. Property Insight contributed approximately $0.09 to FIS' earnings per diluted share for full year 2006.
