Borsa Italiana S.p.A controls a 60.37% stake in MTS S.p.A. following the execution of the agreement with Euronext NV, on 14 September 2007, by virtue of which Borsa Italiana has acquired the 51% stake owned by the latter in MBE Holding S.p.A.
