Diebold is showcasing its new Opteva 324, a bulk note acceptor and recycling module unit to work alongside the Opteva 510 and 520 lobby cash dispensers, at this year's Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX).
Following on from the recently released Opteva 328, the Opteva 324 was designed specifically for the Middle East market to offer a modular solution that can be installed either with a new terminal or as an upgrade to any existing terminals.
Versatile, the Opteva 324 can also be configured or upgraded to include the additional functions of cheque deposit or statement printing. With the Opteva family, banks have the freedom to deploy new functionality in a constantly evolving business environment whilst protecting their investment in technology.
The Opteva 324 is powered by the Agilis software family, a sophisticated, flexible and open platform that delivers enhanced services to customers, providing banks with the ability to quickly react to changing retail customer expectations.
Demonstrated in conjunction with an Opteva 520 lobby ATM, the combined solution offers traditional ATM functionality with bulk cash deposit of Saudi Riyal Currency.
