HSBC deploys Amdocs operations support system

HSBC is using Amdocs Cramer OSS solutions to manage the network inventory and assets of its United Kingdom-based telecommunications network. Amdocs OSS solutions have replaced HSBC's in-house legacy network inventory management system to enable HSBC to manage network inventory and capacity, and automate design, configuration and change processes within the network. HSBC and Amdocs will continue to work together on information technology (IT) projects to exploit the advanced capabilities that the Amdocs Cramer solution offers.
