Swiss Post implements Nordic Financial Systems treasury management product

Nordic Financial Systems (NFS), the provider of business and technical integration knowledge, today announced that PostFinance, the financial services division of Swiss Post, Switzerland's national postal service, is using Treasury Support Center (TSC) to maximise its performance.

TSC, developed by NFS, is a comprehensive IT and business support service for governments, corporate treasuries or treasury departments of multinational corporations and their subsidiaries. Swiss Post joins a number of organisations already benefiting from this unique market offering.

PostFinance, one of Swiss Post's main business units, will utilise four main components of the TSC service: support, surveillance, maintenance and development. Through TSC, NFS also offers PostFinance, headquartered in Bern, 'Super User' assistance for Trema's treasury management system Finance KIT. NFS' business and technical super users will work with PostFinance to ensure its IT environment and treasury operations are running at an optimal level by supporting PostFinance during all business hours.

Mr. Hansruedi Köng, Head of Treasury, PostFinance, comments, "NFS' TSC, in co-operation with PostFinance now supports our treasury operations enabling our team here to focus on core business issues. We have been using TSC since December and it already plays an important role in ensuring that we run an optimal environment. NFS' TSC package really supports our business service and enables us to get the most out of our infrastructure investment now and in the future."

Magnus Lind, CEO, NFS, comments, "TSC was developed by NFS to support treasurers in the daily use of their treasury management system enabling them to focus on the job they were hired to do. We look forward to a long working relationship with Swiss Post to help them get the most out of their Treasury Management System. Our dedicated team consisting of business and technical experts are thrilled to have this opportunity to work with Swiss Post."
