Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in October 2007, were not disclosed. Based in Ludwigsburg nearby Stuttgart, Germany, FUZZY! In combination with Business Objects enterprise information management (EIM) technologies, they will provide organizations with a best of breed solution to apply data quality processes to any customer, product or region-specific data that help customers execute on their data management goals.
FUZZY! Informatik is a privately-held company with more than 50 employees with headquarters nearby Stuttgart, Germany.
