Bruma Finance, a leading micro-finance organisation in South Africa, has recently purchased the PIC Collections System (PCS) from PIC Solutions in order to improve upon their organisation's efficiency and increase collections revenue.

PCS is a powerful collections solution that provides Bruma Finance with the flexibility to optimise the performance of their collections environment. The PCS solution has been specifically tailored to meet their requirements by combining industry collections best practices, flexible user-controlled strategy definition and an intuitive user-friendly collector interface with leading-edge system functionality.

Yaron Bernstein, Managing Director of Bruma Finance, comments, "Our new collections system needed to be user-friendly, flexible and adaptable to our collections environment. PCS enables us to meet our objectives of managing, collecting and ultimately reducing customer debt. By consolidating our customer communications into a single database we can ensure that we take the right recovery action for the right customer, at the right time and we look forward to experiencing the full benefits of PCS."

Mike Crawley, Director at PIC Solutions, adds, "In today's competitive market credit grantors need to streamline their operations and PCS is designed to map the right collections strategies to the appropriate customer segments. This robust collections system is ideal for any collections environment and clients who have implemented our solution have reported improved collections performance and a significant reduction in consumer debt write-off."
