TietoEnator and ISS Palvelut [ISS Services], the leading real estate and business premises enterprise in Finland, have agreed to transfer ISS' IT infrastructure services to TietoEnator.

The new agreement involves customer and local support, server capacity, monitoring and management, backups and SAP and Citrix maintenance. The agreement covers all ISS business units in Finland, corresponding to approximately 1,500 users. The two-year agreement has a one-year extension option.

Jorma Vallaskivi, Financial Manager for ISS Services said: "Our intention has been to find a services producer who can offer wide and versatile services and well-functioning, reliable and simple solution models. In our opinion, well-functioning IT is also an important part of personnel well-being. That is why we selected a partner who is able to offer quality customer service and whose model can be flexible in changing situations, such as when increasing personnel."

Ari Laakso, director responsible for service sector clients at TietoEnator Processing & Network said: "Our goal is to improve the quality and cost efficiency of ISS IT services and meet the challenges in information technology presented by the client's increase in business. With the help of our Service Governance model, we will be able to develop our operations to better meet the needs of the business."
