Capco, the global provider of integrated transformation services and solutions for the financial services industry, and Lombardi, a leader in business process management (BPM) suite software and services, today announced they have joined forces to strategically market and sell the award-winning Teamworks BPM suite as part of Capco's Client Profile Management (CPM) solution.

Capco's Client Profile Management (CPM) solution is a fully integrated and coordinated approach to client on-boarding, client documentation management and client data quality. It enables financial institutions to significantly improve the way client relationship and profile data are managed across the different silos within their organization. This provides them with the means to improve client service levels, meet control/regulatory requirements, reduce costs and increase the agility of the organization.

Lombardi's enterprise BPM Suite, Teamworks, is the technology platform upon which Capco's CPM solution is built. Capco uses Teamworks to configure pre-built processes and services to meet the specific needs of its clients, integrate these services with clients' legacy technology, capture and expose client business rules to the common services, and then orchestrate those processes and services in the clients' production environments.

"Capco has an excellent reputation for delivering world-class solutions to its customers," said Alan Godfrey, EVP of business development and marketing at Lombardi. "We are excited that they have selected Lombardi as their BPM partner of choice upon which they will create Process-Driven solutions across the wide spectrum of Financial Services companies that they serve."

"After reviewing a number of BPM software vendor capabilities, we selected Lombardi because they best matched the needs for our CPM solution in terms of the innovation, scalability and breadth of the software and people supporting it," said Nick Jackson, Partner at Capco. "Capco's experience and thought leadership around business process and content management married with Lombardi's BPM software delivers a powerful joint offering that raises the bar for how financial services companies can improve the performance of their businesses."
