Genpact files for IPO

Genpact Limited, which manages business processes for companies around the world, today announced it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common shares.

Genpact will apply to have its common shares listed on the NYSE under the symbol "G".

The joint bookrunning managers are Morgan Stanley, Citi and JPMorgan.
