Cardinal Bank annoints mobile banking

Cardinal Bank (NASDAQ:CFNL) is pleased to announce “Go Cardinal” its free mobile banking service that allows customers to use their cell phones and smartphones to access their accounts. Consumers will be able to check balances, pay bills, transfer money, look up interest rates, locate a Cardinal Banking Center or ATM. Consumers on the go can log on to www.gocardinal.net and bank wherever they are.

Cardinal's customers may use its free Mobile Banking from any Internet-enabled mobile phone and device including, Motorola, Palm Treo, Pocket PC or RIM Blackberry. "Go Cardinal" may be accessed from any of the major wireless carriers such as Sprint PCS, Verizon Wireless, AT&T Cingular Wireless or T-Mobile.

Customers using their mobile devices will be able to access a full range of Online Banking services:

  • Check account balances
  • Pay bills
  • Transfer funds between Cardinal Bank accounts
  • View transaction activity
  • Locate Cardinal Banking Offices or ATMs
