ProfitStars to power Capco client profile management application

Capco, the global provider of integrated transformation services and solutions for the financial services industry, and ProfitStars, a leading provider of reconciliation and exception management applications, today announced they have joined forces to provide financial institutions with industry focused reconciliation, exception management and risk mitigation frameworks as part of Capco's Client Profile Management (CPM) solution.

Capco's Client Profile Management (CPM) solution enables financial institutions to significantly improve the way client relationship and profile data are managed across the different silos within their organization. This provides them with the means to improve client service levels, meet control/regulatory requirements, reduce costs and increase the agility of the organization.

Capco's industry solution will be powered by ProfitStars' Enterprise Exception Management Suite (eEMS), a powerful, scalable reconciliation and exception management suite of applications. This will enable clients to reduce operational risks and costs, increase operational efficiency, improve regulatory compliance and move reconciliation from post-settlement to near real-time.
