CTL implements its ATM Controller and Debit Switch at EximBank
Card Tech Limited, (CTL), has successfully implemented its ATM Controller and Debit Switch at EximBank of Vietnam. EximBank will use the CTL systems to grow its centralised ATM network across Vietnam and launch its debit card programme, which was certified in record time with both MasterCard and Visa.
