ActivIdentity Inc. (NASDAQ:ACTI), a leading provider of digital identity assurance solutions, today announced a reseller agreement with Innovative Card (InCard) Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:INVC), developers of the ICT DisplayCard for e-banking, e-commerce and data access authentication.

ActivIdentity is now offering InCard Technologies' ICT DisplayCard with the 4TRESS Authentication server to facilitate a cross-platform security solution for financial institutions.

The ActivIdentity 4TRESS Authentication Server is now integrated with InCard Technologies' one-time-passcode ICT DisplayCard. The result is a customer authentication solution that works for all types of customer transactions (payment, debit, login and transfers) at any point of access (online, ATM, phone).

"The synergy between ActivIdentity's 4TRESS Authentication Server and InCard's ICT DisplayCard enables us to create a tailored, intuitive customer authentication solution for banks and financial institutions," said Jason Hart, CEO of ActivIdentity. "Both the 4TRESS Server and the ICT DisplayCard were created specifically for the financial services industry and integrate into existing information systems. Pair the two and the result is a magic- bullet security solution that efficiently centralizes all multi-channel authentication requirements for banks while simultaneously providing an easy and secure experience for consumers."

The ICT DisplayCard provides the security of a one-time password token directly into an ISO-certified, fully functional bank card. At the push of a button on the front of the card, a one-time password is shown on the card's integrated display. This number will then be entered into a customer interface and verified by the 4TRESS Authentication Server.

"ActivIdentity's strong position in the digital identity assurance field makes them a key partner in InCard Technologies' solution provider network. We are pleased that the ICT DisplayCard is now available to their extensive customer network," said John A. Ward, III, InCard Technologies' Chairman and CEO. "As InCard Technologies continues building partnerships with top-tier security solutions providers, we will be better able to serve the increasing banking sector demand for the ICT DisplayCard."
