Fifth Third Bank chooses Phoenix Interactive Design for ATM upgrade

Fifth Third Bank has announced the selection of Phoenix Interactive Design's VISTAatm as its ATM software solution.

The Bank's more than 2,000 Jeanie ATMs will be upgraded over time to run the VISTAatm software including "smart client" features that will bring new functionality and services to the ATM channel.

Fifth Third Bank continues to lead the industry with its strategy for enhancing its self-service channels. Fifth Third will utilize the VISTAatm software solution from Phoenix Interactive Design to deliver new transactions such as check imaging and advanced features targeted to increase customer retention and loyalty - all powered through VISTAatm.

Fifth Third Bank is committed to providing highly personalized self-service banking with cross-channel integration to offer a consistent user experience at all customer touch points. Fifth Third also is committed to offering ATM voice guidance to support accessibility standards. Phoenix's VISTAatm Text-to-Speech technology is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and will enable all customers to do their banking at the ATM without assistance.
