First Citizens BancShares extends CompuCom outsourcing deal

CompuCom Systems, a leading IT outsourcing company, announced that it has been awarded a three-year contract extension for providing deskside support services to longstanding client, Raleigh, N.C.-headquartered, First Citizens BancShares Inc. (Nasdaq:FCNCA).

BancShares' First Citizens Bank and IronStone Bank subsidiaries operate 400 branches in more than 200 cities from North Carolina to California.

Specifically, the CompuCom services contract is for the delivery of deskside services and installs, moves, additions and changes (IMAC) support throughout the financial services company and includes its affiliates. The agreement is measured through tightly managed service-level agreements.
