Among the major enhancements are:
Report Center: Centralized reporting capabilities for Risk Analysis, Class Action Reporting, Compliance Monitoring, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Corporate Action and Settlements, which offer report selection options, a variety of delivery destinations in standard export formats, and easy-to-use scheduling capabilities.My Profile: Customization allowing individuals to change passwords and user groups, which enables users to perform multiple roles without signing on with new, separate passwords.Services: A central repository for all subscription products with one-click access. The improved user administration capability makes it easier to manage employee access to company information.Resources: A library of market and industry information, data dictionaries and learning tools, as well as a new interactive tutorial on INFORM's features and functionality.

Woetzel noted the enhancements are part of the Bank's continuous investment and improvement in its web-based offerings. INFORM delivers more than 100 enhancements throughout the year to satisfy client needs across all of the Bank's business lines.
Accessed by more than 43,000 users representing 5,000 institutional and business clients, INFORM offers a diverse range of information solutions, including accounting, asset servicing, cash management, trade finance, collateral management, compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, retirement services, risk/return analysis, and securities lending.
