Tein Telecom delivers voice recording system to Fortis Bank Netherlands

Tein Telecom announced today that it has been awarded a contract for delivery, installation and post-sales servicing for the total voice recording requirements within FORTIS Bank Netherlands.

The solution uses NICE voice recording systems and covers the upgrade of the existing voice logger solution for various branches of Fortis, as well as the recording of other voice communications such as the Fortis contact center.
