Italian regulator selects GFI credit derivatives data

Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (Consob), the Italian securities market regulator, is using credit default swaps (CDS) data from GFI Group, (Nasdaq: GFIG).

GFI's CDS data derives from its position as a leading inter-dealer broker. The data reflects actual traded prices, not end-of-day mid-quotes or assessments.
