The newly formed product suite will provide lending automation technology and services to residential mortgage, consumer, small business and vendor finance marketplaces, as well as offer business process outsourcing (BPO) services.

Metavante Lending Solutions will provide point-of-sale and loan origination technology to lenders seeking to reduce the cost and cycle time associated with originating, processing and closing each mortgage or consumer loan. These savings enable lenders to improve profitability, enhance customer service and increase capacity. Metavante Lending Solutions will also provide financing solutions for the retail industry provided by its Retail Financing Solutions (RFS) arm.

This business unit will be led by Cy Brinn, president of GHR Systems, Inc., a Metavante company. Brinn has extensive knowledge and expertise in financial services and lending industries with over 20 years of experience.
