Diebold to provide service and maintenance for Source Technologies kiosks

Diebold, Incorporated (NYSE: DBD) and Source Technologies have entered into a preferred-provider relationship for kiosk service and maintenance. The relationship will extend the reach of Diebold Premier Services and provide Source Technologies customers with simplified kiosk maintenance and support.

Diebold will leverage its extensive automated teller machine (ATM) service and maintenance expertise to provide Source Technologies customers with preventive maintenance, break-fix services (onsite or depot), service parts logistics, inventory management, implementation, program management, ongoing support, training, outsourcing and customer service desk support. Source Technologies is a leading provider of transactional kiosks to retailers, utilities, telecommunications companies and financial institutions.

Diebold is the world’s leading provider of ATM service. In 2005, service accounted for more than half of the company’s revenue.
