The deal, completed at the beginning of September, will combine both organisations' expertise to deliver strategic information management advice, solution implementation and support, to financial institutions, enabling improved business performance and risk management.

The cash and shares deal sees Dalepride's managing director Michael Lines and its team of six consultants move to the Rule Financial Information Management Division. The Division will offer a range of technology and management services including: information management audits and payback analysis, strategy and execution roadmaps and independent systems advice. It will also offer project management and implementation of: content management, electronic document and records management and knowledge management solutions.
