"We were looking for a solution to improve the look and feel of our loan statements," said Tom Llewellyn, Executive Vice President & CIO at Broadway Bank. He continued, "What we ended up with is an enterprise wide solution that satisfies our customer communication needs and desires across all channels. Communique's ability to incorporate targeted marketing information and other customer and account data from external sources, such as our data warehouse, has extended our sales channel to all points of contact with our customers. In many ways we've future proofed our core processing solution."

"Broadway [Bank] is an excellent example of a bank that 'Gets it,' says Pete Stoughton, CIO at Optria. "They are certainly a technology savvy organization, but it's their execution and how they apply technology to their business needs that stands out. They do a great job of translating customer demand and opportunity into actionable customer solutions."
