Situated just 5 minutes from the M4, the centre will be home to a team of up to 60 technical staff developing and supporting the PrePay Technologies core platform.

Garry Comley, Chief Technical Officer at PPT, commented "There has been massive growth in the requirements for pre-paid solutions in both the UK and Europe. To cope with this demand, we needed to consider both in-house and outsourced software development and hence, the decision to open a new operations centre. Swindon has a thriving community and is an attractive work destination for locals as well as commuters from Reading, London, Bristol and Cardiff. We have launched on an ambitious recruitment drive and have appointed local recruitment specialists, CloseResource, to drive this expansion."

Bridget Phillips, Senior Recruitment Consultant at CloseResource, states "we are extremely pleased to have been chosen by PrePay Technologies Limited to head their recruitment drive. PrePay Technologies Limited joins the list of major employers who have established operations in the region. We are confident of providing them with high calibre technical resources."

CloseResource will be exhibiting at the Swindon Recruitment Job Fair on Thursday 14th September 2006, at the De Vere Hotel, Swindon on behalf of PrePay Technologies Limited.

The Swindon operations centre will be operational at the Delta Business Park in Swindon from the middle of September 2006.
