Amicus KYC is a hosted web service that enables compliance with customer ID regulations such as the NASD's rule 3010, and the USA PATRIOT Act.

"Amicus KYC provides one-stop shopping for Financial Service professionals to check their new and existing client list against an updated aggregation of international watch lists such as OFAC, the DMF, and more," said Marshall Huwe, Amicus' CEO. "Add built-in tracking of compliance actions, searches and comments, and Amicus KYC doesn’t merely facilitate compliance with U.S. regulations, it sets the new standard for hosted service prevention of money laundering."

KYC auto-aggregates government-maintained suspect and death lists, providing a single web-accessible portal through which Amicus clients can validate customer credentials while identifying high-risk customers. Amicus KYC seamlessly records all review activities, including search, disposition assignment and comments, making regulation compliance simple, visible, and auditable. The intuitive web interface makes review of hits fast, easy and effective.

Amicus KYC checks client names (by individual record or batch), SSN/TIN, and addresses against eight separate, international (U.S., Canada, U.K.) government maintained databases, flagging records requiring further action. Integrated help files, simple administration, regulation links, and a built in Suspicious Activity Report form make Amicus KYC the only solution for you and your firm.
