SafePay members can use the Prepaid Visa cards to shop at millions of locations worldwide! They can make purchases in stores, shops, online, by phone - anywhere the Visa logo is accepted. With either card, SafePay members can also access cash at over one million ATMs worldwide.

Debit cards in general are fast becoming today's safe, convenient, and flexible way to manage spending, and SafePay members can easily acquire these cards since there are no credit checks or applications required.

Another principal feature of the SafePay PrePaid Debit Cards is that SPS members have the ability to transfer funds in real time directly from their SafePay accounts. For SafePay's Merchant Suppliers who have a commission based sales compensation model, these cards can provide a convenient and powerful payment solution for their payroll requirements.

SafePay believes that these cards can be the e-cash of the future, SafePay members can simply load money to their cards from their SafePay accounts as often as they like and shop without having to carry cash or checks, while having access to millions of retailers and ATMs worldwide.

We are currently tabulating our August 2006 revenues and we anticipate that the numbers will be equal to, or greater than, the revenues from July 2006. SafePay will release its gross processing revenue figures for the month of August early next week.
