Banco Comercial de Macau signs for Fiserv's core banking, CRM technology
Fiserv CBS Worldwide, unit of Fiserv Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV), announced today that Banco Comercial de Macau (BCM), a subsidiary of Dah Sing Banking Group Ltd., has signed a license agreement for Fiserv's core banking, teller services and customer relationship solutions to support its growing retail banking business.

Dah Sing and BCM cited their positive experience with Fiserv, as well as Fiserv?s aptitude for enabling banks to focus on business expansion as key drivers in their decision.

BCM has built its business around a variety of segments that serve their customers' different needs. The most recently established segment, TeleBCM, offers the most comprehensive phone banking service to ever exist in Macau. Fiserv solutions will enable BCM to increase its personal attention to their customers through segments such as TeleBCM, with systems that enable front office personnel to focus on customer needs while improving cross sale opportunities and driving profits to the bottom line.
