The acquisition significantly expands OneDome’s mortgage distribution footprint. The combined group will now arrange over £10 billion of mortgages annually, positioning OneDome as one of the largest players in the UK mortgage intermediary market with over 550 brokers operating nationwide.

Mortgage Intelligence (including Mortgage Next and Life and Easy) is an award winning mortgage and insurance network founded in 1996, known for its strong compliance, customer centric culture, and hands on broker support.

The deal follows the launch of OneDome Growth Partners, OneDome’s new technology led mortgage and protection network designed to help brokers grow, navigate the technology uncertainty facing the industry and stand out. Members benefit from qualified leads, access to OneDome’s DealRoom platform, and exclusive rights to offer OneDome’s flagship HomeBuyer Service, a fixed price package combining mortgage advice, conveyancing and administration in one seamless, user friendly product.

Babek Ismayil, Founder and CEO of OneDome, said: “This acquisition is strategically important for us. Recently, we announced a £7.5 million TV campaign to promote our HomeBuyer Service nationwide. We will need hundreds of brokers to service the demand generated by this campaign. This acquisition gives us the scale and foundation for that growth. We initially planned to reach 500 brokers by the end of 2026, but with this acquisition, we have revised our target to 750+ brokers.”

Adrian Scott, Chief Lender Services Officer, Connells Group, added: “We are delighted to have completed this transaction with the OneDome team. The three appointed representative networks are well established businesses with experienced teams and strong broker relationships, and we wish them continued success as they move forward under new ownership.”

This acquisition further strengthens OneDome’s position as a leading integrated housing and fintech platform, combining property search, mortgage brokerage, conveyancing, insurance and wealth management into one connected ecosystem.
